Our Operators and Equipment

 

All our vans carry concrete cutting and coring gear so when we attend a core drilling job we can also complete any other sawing works that may be required.

Our vans carry the following equipment every day of the week:

  • 1x Road Saw
    – Equipped with blades to cut to 375mm

  • 2x Hand Saws
    – Equipped with blades to cut to 155mm

  • 1x Ring Saw
    – For those jobs that require that bit of extra depth

  • 1x Large Core Drill
    – Equipped with core bits to drill 125mm holes to 250mm holes on walls and slabs at any angle required

  • 1x Small Core Drill
    – Equipped with core bits to drill 18mm holes to 125mm holes on walls and slabs at any angle required

  • 1x Hand held Core Drill
    – For drilling of core holes from 18mm holes to 75mm holes in those hard to reach or tight access areas

  • 1x Wet Vac
    - For removal of concrete slurry and water from works area

  • 1x Pump Bottle
    – For works where water is hard to find

All of our vans and equipment are taken back to the workshop on a regular basis (at least once a week) where all equipment is checked and all blades, cores, consumables and PPE are replenished so when our trained operators and van turn up on-site they are fully stocked and all equipment is ready to go, hence no downtime.

Upon request we can also provide the following equipment:

  • Electric Road saws
    - For sawing in poorly ventilated areas

  • 8400 Road saw
    - For road sawing down to 650mm

  • High frequency/Electric hand and ring

  • saws
    - For sawing in poorly ventilated areas

  • High frequency core drill
    – For inverted and large diameter core drilling

  • Wall saws
    - for cutting walls and slabs thicker than 275mm

  • Wire saws
    - For cutting 700mm+ slabs, footings, or walls

  • Water Tanker with pump
    – Required for on site works out on the road or demolition sites

  • Generators to run any of our gear if required

  • Aluminum Scaffolds
    – Platform heights from 500mm to 3m

  • Catch decks
    -For removal of suspended slabs

  • Demolition equipment
    -For removal of concrete, Skid Steers or Excavators

  • Disposal of concrete slurry and waste
